In order to protect the environment, we propagate the use of efficient environmental systems in the use of machinery, energy and waste management. We have devised good waste and site management plans to reduce the volume of waste. We also ensure that our suppliers and sub-contractors are in compliance with our waste and site management plans.

Our Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and Environmental Protection Plans (EPP) are well thought out and designed to assess and monitor the constructional and operational phases up until the decommissioning of the project. We recognize that it is important to mitigate any negative impacts that each project could have on the environment and to be in compliance with important environmental regulations and standards. Our assessment methods and protection plans are in alignment with the Building Research Establishment’s Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) which is the standard adopted for the environmental performance of all our projects.
